Refund Policy

The 30-day guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with the guide for any reason, email alexsnell11@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to explain yourself, and you don’t need to return or delete anything — though we’d ask that you stop using the files once refunded.

How to claim

1. Email alexsnell11@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout
2. Include your order date or Stripe receipt number if you have it handy
3. That’s it — no form, no phone call

We aim to reply within 1 working day. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to immediate delivery and thereby waive the statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This is standard for instant digital downloads and is stated clearly before you pay.

The 30-day guarantee above is a voluntary promise we make on top of that — it is more generous than the law requires, and it is what we will honour.

Separately, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it isn’t, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the time limits above, and nothing on this page affects that.

Problems with your download

A failed download isn’t a reason to need a refund — it’s a reason to email us. Download links stay valid for 7 days after purchase; if yours has expired or never arrived, email alexsnell11@gmail.com and we’ll send a fresh link straight away, free of charge, however long ago you bought it.

Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a dispute with your bank. We have never refused a refund request and it’s far quicker to resolve directly.
